Job Overview Under Pressure Boss is hiring Fleet Wash Technicians to join our growing commercial fleet washing operation. This is a hands-on, outdoor position cleaning commercial trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and fleet vehicles. Work may be performed at our truck wash location or at customer locations using our mobile fleet washing equipment. We are looking for dependable people who are willing to work, learn our washing process, and become part of a growing company. Experience with pressure washing, truck washing, detailing, or similar work is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. This is a physical job. You will be working around water, pressure washing equipment, cleaning chemicals, trucks, and outdoor weather conditions. Some days are fast-paced and require the crew to work together efficiently while still maintaining our quality standards. Responsibilities

• Pressure wash commercial trucks, trailers, fleet vehicles, and equipment
• Apply soaps and cleaning products according to company procedures
• Brush and hand-clean vehicles when necessary
• Operate commercial pressure washing and fleet washing equipment
• Set up and break down hoses, equipment, and mobile wash systems
• Work efficiently as part of a wash crew
• Inspect completed vehicles and correct missed areas before finishing the job
• Keep equipment, trucks, trailers, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow company safety procedures when working around equipment, chemicals, and moving vehicles
• Travel to customer locations when assigned to the mobile fleet washing crew
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of wash equipment
• Show up on time and ready to work for scheduled shifts Experience & Qualifications Previous experience is not required. Paid training will be provided. Experience in any of the following is a plus:
• Pressure washing or power washing
• Commercial truck or fleet washing
• Auto or truck detailing
• Car wash operations
• Landscaping, construction, or other outdoor physical labor
• Operating pressure washers or similar equipment Applicants should:
• Be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Be comfortable performing physical work for extended periods
• Be able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Be comfortable getting wet and working around cleaning chemicals
• Be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Pay attention to detail while maintaining a productive work pace
