The Department of Health and Welfare is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented temporary Custodian to join our team at Southwest Idaho Treatment Center. This position helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors across campus facilities. This is a temporary position supporting custodial operations across the Nampa Campus. Southwest Idaho Treatment Center (SWITC) is a 24-hour facility and our mission is to support individuals in crisis to become stable, develop skills, and to successfully transition to the community. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

Clean and sanitize offices, patient areas, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform other routine cleaning duties. Empty trash and recycling and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas. Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed. Follow established sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures. Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to instructions. Report maintenance, safety, or facility concerns to the appropriate staff. May work across multiple facilities on the Nampa Campus as operational needs require. Assist with special cleaning projects and other custodial duties as assigned.
