What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
- If hired through this ad you are eligible for a $150 bonus after 3 months of employment
- We are looking for self-proclaimed clean freaks who want to stay busy and active all day, see the before and after results of their work, and give our clients their free time back to spend with their families.
Position Available:
Cleaning Partner:
$16-17 an hour, plus tips and a weekly $40 bonus (after training)- most partners average around $18/hr with the perks. Start time is 8:30am, no experience or driver's license necessary
- just a good attitude! You'd be on a team of 2-3, using company car after getting to our office in the morning. Must have at least 4 days of availability. 10-22 days of PTO per year available. $550
- $770 / week (before taxes) Must be available to work until 4:30/5pm!
Team Leader:
$17-19 an hour, plus tips and a weekly $50 bonus (after training)- most team leaders average around $22/hr with the perks. Start time is 8:30am, end time is 4:30pm, sometimes going a little later! Must have cleaning experience and valid driver's license to drive company car during the day from our office to houses. 12-24 days of PTO per year available. $620
- $860 / week (before taxes) Must be available to work until 4:30/5pm!
What we offer our employees:
Honest and straightforward pay- you get paid for ALL your time at work including prep time and travel between jobs, we provide you with all supplies, equipment, and company car to use during workday (you don't take it home) or we reimburse you fully for using your own car. No weekends! We ask for at least 4 days a week commitment and are flexible approving time off. Steady amount of hours per week
- while length of our shifts fluctuate, we make sure everyone gets their hours in for the week. Unlimited unpaid time off and plenty of paid time off including Sick PTO, vacation and personal days. On the job company provided transportation! As soon as you make it to the office in the morning you get into a company car for the day
- it's fueled up and you get paid for your travel time in the car as well.

You are reliable! Being on time and ready to work is necessary for this position You work well with others . Our residential cleaning is mostly team-based, you have to be able to get along with others, follow directions from your direct supervisors, and make the work environment nice to be in! You enjoy making a positive impact! We understand that this is a job, but you are going into clients home's to make them beautiful, we want you to take pride in the work that you do!Responsibilities include:
sanitizing bathrooms, high and low dusting, cleaning kitchens, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.Job Type:
