Job Description
Supervisors are responsible for the direct oversight of employees of a designated account and/or on a designated shift. To include ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met. This is a walking & driving position, with constantly patrolling of Public Schools.
Pay:
$21.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Essential Job Functions:

Ensure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance. Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered. Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests (Events). Represent ABM by participating in client briefings and communicating with Client representatives on a frequent basis regarding operations. Manage daily employee lunches and breaks. Maintain daily shift report for managers. Perform basic administrative, payroll and Attendance functions (as required). Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels. Effectively coach, counsel, and discipline employees. Conduct Safety and Quality audits. Work with Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety, security, and quality of the operation. Ensure front-line employee compliance with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities. Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with Staff and Custodians. Language Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public. Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
General Company Requirements:

License:
Valid State Driver License Experience:
Three years of Supervisor experience preferred.
