Are you comfortable completing move-out cleans, maid service, office cleaning, and more? Then you could be the perfect candidate to fulfill the role of cleaning technician on our team in Charleston, South Carolina! As a cleaning technician, you will carry out various duties in order to create a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for our clients. What would your day look like? You will begin your work day by reviewing your scheduling app. Using this, you will drive to your first assigned job utilizing your own personal, insured vehicle. Every day is different, and you may spend the entire day at one property or you may complete assignments at multiple properties throughout the day in the Charleston area. As you work to complete assignments, you will notice that most days are spent independently. Your work will be very detail-oriented. You will move swiftly to complete cleaning of the kitchen including appliances, cabinets, and drawers, the living room and bedrooms including ceiling fans, light fixtures, and windows, and the bathroom including toilets, showers/bathtubs, sinks, and countertops. You will finish the final touches by cleaning high touch areas, doors, air vents, balconies, and sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure a sparkly finish at each job. You will be communicating with your team and management throughout the day by using your phone to access our schedule and team communication app, uploading pictures and any additional information into these apps as work is completed.

Utilize your meticulous approach to wipe down inside and outside stoves, ovens, fridges, microwaves, and dishwashers, restoring them to their pristine state. Display your knack for cleanliness as you scrub and polish inside and outside showers, tubs, toilets, and bathroom cabinets, ensuring every corner shines. Unleash your inner neat freak by dusting blinds, baseboards, and ceiling fans, bringing a fresh and tidy feel to every space. Showcase your eye for detail as you clean outlets, mirrors, windows, and light switch faces, leaving no smudge or speck behind. Tackle challenging spots on the floor with gusto, sweeping and mopping to reveal the beauty beneath. Embrace the satisfaction of mastering our cleaning process and consistently meeting time goals. PHYSICAL ABILITY
Utilize your physical strength as you walk, climb multi-level stairs, bend, push, pull, carry, and lift up to 30 lbs. during work hours. Stand on your feet up to 8 hours per day. Have endurance to quickly clean while maintaining company and client standards. SUPPLY KNOWLEDGE and
