Commercial Cleaner -

Medical Clinic Location:

Duncan, SC Pay:

$700/month

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, evening

Hours:

Approximately 2-2.5 hours per night once the routine is established About the Position SparklePro Cleaners LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented commercial cleaner for a medical clinic.

The facility includes:

Approximately 20 exam rooms 5 small restrooms 6 offices/cubicle areas Lobby/reception area 2 X-ray rooms Open therapy area Hallways and common areas Responsibilities Empty trash throughout the clinic Clean and disinfect restrooms and sinks Vacuum rugs/carpeted areas Dust mop hard floors Spot mop visible dirt, spills, and high-traffic areas Maintain a clean and professional appearance Follow the cleaning routine/checklist Report any issues or unusual conditions The goal is to complete the regular cleaning efficiently within approximately 2-2.5 hours once the cleaner is familiar with the facility. Initial cleanings may take longer while learning the layout and routine. Requirements Reliable and punctual Reliable transportation Able to work independently Good attention to detail Consistent Monday-Friday availability Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred Important A walkthrough of the facility will be required before starting. We want you to see the location and understand the responsibilities before committing to the position.
