A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Looking to hire an individual who can develop into a Floor Technician for our business. We clean multiple types of floors and will provide the training and/or certification needed to be more than competent. We work indoor and outdoor for: Carpet Cleaning Tile and Grout Cleaning Floor Coatings Upholstery Cleaning Pressure Washing And more Must possess a great attitude and have a fantastic work ethic. Prospective employees must pass a background check and drug screen. A good driving record is also needed for this position. Hours are typically Monday through Friday during daytime hours and commercial cleanings are scheduled night work.
