Job Overview We are looking for a Cleaning Technician. Someone who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of assigned areas. This role ensures that our residential and/or commercial properties are clean, hygienic and welcoming for occupants, visitors, and staff by performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and chemical handling protocols Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors Ensure all work is completed to quality and cleanliness standards Adhere to schedules and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
