Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Specialist and play a vital role in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to uphold high standards of sanitation. Handle window cleaning tasks to ensure clear views and a polished appearance for all glass surfaces. Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, floor scrubbers, and chemical sprayers safely and effectively. Conduct janitorial services including trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies to maintain hygiene standards. Manage laundry services when required, ensuring linens and uniforms are properly cleaned and stored. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly during all cleaning procedures to ensure safety for yourself and others. Follow infection control protocols diligently, especially during sanitation of high-touch areas and in environments requiring heightened hygiene measures. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with commercial cleaning practices. Experience with window cleaning, pressure washing, and floor care techniques will be advantageous. Knowledge of chemical handling procedures to safely use cleaning agents and disinfectants. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when moving equipment or supplies. Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
