A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Schedule Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 8:00pm and weekends depending on church events (required) Hours worked may vary according to workload. Job Description This position is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities: Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old. Clean background is required . Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs. Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is required.
