• Job Summary
• Responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Sweep, Mop, and Vacuum floors, empties trash receptacles, cleaning restrooms, and replace lining of trash cans.

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• + Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning other surfaces.

+ Gather and empty trash. + Supply, clean, and service restrooms. + Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. + Dust/polish furniture and scrub surfaces clean. + Vacuum carpets. + Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. + Request appropriate supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. + Move furniture. + Identify and report possible repairs. + Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. + Must be able to work a day or a night shift as required by customer. Must be able to work extra hours as needed with or without notice. + Other duties as assigned.

• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• + 6-months utility/janitor experience

• Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:

• + Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign + May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds + Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above + Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas + Must have full range of motion consistent with age + Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders + Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises + Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces + Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
