What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Pay:
$1,900.00 per month All applicants must have reliable transportation, and submit to a background screening and drug test. Cleaning experience is highly preferred, but not required. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents with proper documentation. Please specify which position you are applying for on your application. Specific job duties vary depending on the position, but all include general cleaning tasks such as:- Conducting all required cleaning for assigned area;
- Cleaning, sanitizing and restocking restrooms;
- Emptying trash receptacles;
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming;
- Dusting of furniture, fixtures, vents and other surfaces;
- Polishing of glass and other surfaces;
