Job Responsibilities Working with the property manager to set a routine cleaning schedule. Performing routine cleaning in accordance with the schedule on common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments. Ensuring cleaning vendors are in place as needed and performing according to expectations. Being available on the occasional night or weekend for vacant unit turnovers.

Hours:

Full-Time set scheduled position. Unit turnovers may result in some overtime or additional hours as needed (demand will generally be near month end).

Requirement:

Must have reliable transportation to and from the property (Aberdeen, SD area)

Schedule:

5 days per week expected. Monday through Friday set schedule to be set by the Property Manager.
