Precision Nature LLC is building a local candidate pool for janitorial and custodial work in the Rapid City area. This position is contingent on award of a services contract. If awarded, work would begin after the award date. Duties include routine cleaning of office and restroom areas: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, restocking supplies, and periodic floor care.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to work sites in the Rapid City area Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods Ability to pass a background check for access to a federal facility Dependable schedule and clear communication

Preferred:

Prior janitorial or custodial experience, commercial or institutional Familiarity with cleaning chemical safety and SDS handling To apply, send a current resume. This is a contingent position.
