Janitorial Site Lead Automated Maintenance Systems $17.00 per hour - $1000 Sign-On Bonus Automated Maintenance Systems is hiring a reliable and experienced Janitorial Site Lead to oversee cleaning operations at our client sites. We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities while supporting and developing a strong team.

What You'll Do:

Lead, train, and supervise a team of janitorial staff Assign daily tasks and create work schedules to meet site needs Perform regular quality inspections to ensure high cleaning standards Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory Ensure all work follows safety protocols and OSHA guidelines Step in to perform cleaning duties when needed to meet deadlines Communicate with clients and resolve any concerns professionally Keep accurate records of work completed and report issues to management

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of commercial janitorial or custodial experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical work Flexible schedule — must be available for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Must pass a background check and drug screening High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation is a plus
