We're growing and looking for reliable Cleaning Technicians to join our team and help keep our clients' homes and businesses sparkling. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation standards and the ability to provide excellent customer service. As a Cleaning Technician, you'll travel to scheduled locations and complete cleaning tasks according to our checklists and standards. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently once trained. Responsibilities Clean residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. Wipe down surfaces, appliances, and fixtures Manage housekeeping responsibilities with attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Requirements Ability to lift up to 25lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical work for extended hours. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license. A cell phone for scheduling and communication. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time efficiently. Must be able to pass a background check. Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and schedules.
Job Types:
Full-time (30 hours), Part-time, 8am-5PM M-F with flexible hours.
