Our Custodial Housekeeping position is essential for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our facility. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the primary responsibilities will include commercial cleaning, floor care, and various janitorial tasks, utilizing custodial and industrial cleaning experience. Attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will help maintain high standards. Position Responsibilities:

Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming as directed. Collect and bag all garbage and recyclables from assigned areas. Clean windows inside and outside weekly. Wax, strip, and buff tile floors. Service, clean, and supply Community Center and Welcome Desk area daily. Maintain a neat and clean appearance on the front porch, ramp, and walkways. Maintain supply closet inventory and cleanliness. Maintain cleaning chemicals and equipment. Service, clean, and supply all restrooms daily. Advise maintenance manager of regular supply needs. Other duties as assigned. Demonstrated commitment to CHATT Foundation's mission and vision. Demonstrates Regular and predictable attendance Follows CHATT foundation policies & procedures Qualifications Custodial experience Experience using industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment preferred. Attention to detail. Ability to lift to 50 lbs throughout the day. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for up to a full shift. Ability to work independently or with little supervision. Ability to transition between tasks on a moment's notice. Ability to handle crises while maintaining professional composure and confidence. Background check and drug screen required.
