Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks or event preparation. Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving objects. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
