Our services extend beyond gutter protection installation - we also offer pressure and soft washing services and post-construction cleanouts in new home communities. G Home is Home Services Evolved. The Cleaning Professional will perform post construction cleanouts, apartment move out cleans, and deep cleans to prepare the spaces for occupancy, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role may also include occasional office janitorial work. We are hiring cleaners for both Nashville and Clarksville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of newly constructed residential homes, vacant apartments, vacant dorms, and commercial offices. Remove construction debris, dust, and residue from all surfaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break areas. Wash windows, walls, and fixtures. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; polish surfaces as needed. Ensure all areas are free of dust, dirt, and smudges. Safely handle and dispose of waste and hazardous materials. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. Communicate effectively with site supervisors and G Home management using our FSM Zuper. Report any damage or issues found during cleaning.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial or construction cleaning. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift equipment up to 50lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - looking for a candidate that lives in the Clarksville area.

Work Environment:

Work may be performed on active or recently completed construction sites. May involve exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions. Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
