Temporary-to-Permanent This is an opportunity to join our client's team in a hands-on supervisory role overseeing janitorial operations and employees. You will initially be employed by Resource Staffing Group while working at the client's location, with the potential opportunity to transition directly to the client based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities Supervise, train, coach, and motivate janitorial employees Manage daily janitorial operations and staffing coverage Create and maintain employee schedules Handle call-offs, attendance issues, and staffing needs Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met Ensure the location consistently meets client service expectations Monitor employee productivity, performance, and quality of work Address employee performance and attendance concerns Communicate with client representatives regarding operations and service needs Respond to and resolve service or staffing concerns quickly and professionally Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training employees Maintain required records, schedules, and reports Ensure employees follow company, safety, and client policies Help maintain positive relationships with both employees and the client Assist with resolving day-to-day operational challenges Required Qualifications Previous janitorial experience

REQUIRED

Previous janitorial supervisory or management experience

STRONGLY PREFERRED

Experience supervising cleaning or janitorial employees is highly desirable Experience managing schedules, attendance, call-offs, and staffing coverage Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to coach employees and address performance concerns Strong customer service and client communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation
