Cleaning experience is welcome, but it is not required for our cleaner positions . We provide paid training and are looking for people who are dependable, motivated, and ready to work. What to Expect at This Facility This is not a slow-paced office-cleaning position. You'll be working inside a large, operating warehouse , which means you'll spend a significant part of your shift moving throughout the building. The facility can also become warm, especially during hotter weather , so applicants should be comfortable working in an environment where temperatures may vary. Team members should be prepared to: Walk throughout a large warehouse during the shift Remain on their feet for extended periods Work in warmer warehouse conditions Bend, reach, squat, and stoop while cleaning Move between multiple assigned areas Lift and carry cleaning products, trash, and equipment Complete routine and repetitive cleaning duties Maintain a productive pace throughout the workday Follow established safety procedures If you like being on the move and prefer an active job over sitting at a desk, this position could be a great match. What Our Cleaners Do Our cleaning team plays an important role in keeping the KDP facility clean, organized, safe, and ready for the people working there each day.

Daily duties may include:

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and caring for flooring Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Maintaining employee break areas and common spaces Cleaning offices, entrances, and other assigned areas Collecting trash and recycling Changing trash-can liners Replenishing paper products, soap, and restroom supplies Wiping and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces Cleaning spills and responding to unexpected needs Following assigned cleaning routes Maintaining janitorial closets and equipment Following facility and Clean Team safety procedures Communicating supply or maintenance concerns to leadership 2nd Shift Supervisor

• 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM We're also looking for a strong, dependable 2nd Shift Supervisor who isn't afraid to work alongside the team.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll help make sure employees have what they need, assigned areas are completed correctly, and the facility meets our service expectations.

Supervisor responsibilities may include:

Directing and supporting second-shift employees Assigning work areas and cleaning responsibilities Checking completed work for quality Coaching and training new team members Helping manage attendance and shift coverage Completing routine facility inspections Communicating needs and concerns to Clean Team management Monitoring cleaning products, supplies, and equipment Responding to service issues during the shift Helping the cleaning team when additional support is needed Holding the team accountable for safety and quality expectations Making sure assigned work is completed before the end of the shift Previous experience in janitorial services, warehouse operations, supervision, shift leadership, manufacturing, or team leadership is preferred for the supervisor opening. At least 18 years of age Dependable and punctual Comfortable working inside an active warehouse Able to work in warmer conditions Comfortable walking and standing for most of the shift Capable of bending, reaching, lifting, and completing physical tasks Able to follow safety procedures Able to work independently when needed Focused on completing assigned responsibilities Respectful and professional with teammates and facility employees Able to understand and follow verbal and written directions Detail-oriented Able to maintain reliable transportation to and from work Prior commercial cleaning experience is not required for cleaner positions.
