Responsibilities Perform residential window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, pressure washers, and rope access techniques for hard-to-reach areas. Clean interior and exterior windows, including skylights and high-rise building windows, ensuring streak-free results. Operate various cleaning equipment such as ladders, scissor lifts, and pressure washers while adhering to all safety protocols. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly during all tasks to ensure safety at height and outdoor work environments. Conduct storefront window cleaning and janitorial duties for residential properties with attention to detail and quality standards. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the service appointment. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance. Requirements Prior experience in residential or commercial window cleaning, including outdoor work environments. Proficiency with ladder use, scissor lifts, rope access techniques, and pressure washers for window cleaning tasks. Knowledge of traditional squeegee window cleaning methods and skylight cleaning procedures. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to high-rise building window cleaning and outdoor work. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent customer service skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
