Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, and other custodial tools to maintain floors and surfaces in pristine condition. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting restrooms, small sized breakrooms, and office surfaces regularly. Follow safety protocols during all custodial activities, including proper manual handling techniques for any equipment use. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and the safe handling of chemical agents. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as custodial tools effectively. Strong manual handling skills with an understanding of safe lifting practices to prevent injury. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude toward staff and visitors. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
