Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

certification

HAVE TO HAVE CCT/WRT/ASD CURRENT OR EXPIRED AS WE CAN RENEW.

Payday is every Friday at 4pm W-2 Requirements. 1. Be able to travel overnight (occasionally) 2. Clean background 3. Valid drivers license 4. Reliable transportation 5. Be able to lift 75 lbs. approx. 6. Have an Amazing attitude 7. Work well with customers 8. Pass Drug Screen 9 . Occasionally extended hours without notice Job description: Carpet cleaning Air duct cleaning Ability to work in a Category III (sewer water) environment Ability to enter crawlspaces and work in a crawl space environment Work with hoses and machines Ability to wear protective gear when required (Tyvek suit, goggles, etc) Work flooded homes or business Work fire damaged homes or business May include labor work (Ex. demolition of the interior a house or business Work more than 8 hours, when needed Work emergency calls at night and or weekend and or holidays Travel to other states maybe up to 3 days Operate company vehicles Demolition of Inside houses (Ex. Drywall , Flooring. Ability to take and understand direct orders from managers.
