Crew Leader - Pressure Washing & Christmas Light Installation Nash Pressure Washing & Staining / Nash Christmas Light Installers — Mt. Juliet, TN Pay & Schedule Pay Starting From $20-$25 per hour On Average 45-60

Hours Per Week Schedule:

Monday through Saturday Long work days required occasionally, especially during busy/peak seasons Hiring Immediately Join our growing team today! We're looking for an experienced and dependable Crew Leader to run jobs for our pressure washing and Christmas light installation teams serving the Nashville and Wilson County area. If you're an upbeat, positive person who takes pride in a hard day's physical work and has the mental and physical resilience to match, we want you on our crew! Why Join Us? Employee Referral Program ($100 per employee after 30 days) Competitive hourly pay: $18-$24/hr Room to grow as we expand our crews and services Steady, year-round work with a growing local company As a Crew Leader, you will: Lead a small crew on daily pressure washing and/or Christmas light installation jobs Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently Install, take down, and troubleshoot residential and commercial Christmas lighting displays Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site Keep jobs on schedule and maintain high quality standards WOW our customers!

Requirements:

Good work ethic — reliable, on time, takes pride in the work Must not be afraid of heights and comfortable working on roofs/ladders Outdoor/physical work experience preferred (landscaping, construction, roofing, etc.) Valid Driver's License Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Leadership or crew experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
