We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team for our busy fall and holiday season. This is a seasonal position running from September through December, with an opportunity to earn an end-of-season bonus and potentially move into a full-time position when our spring season begins. What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on, outdoor position. You'll work alongside experienced technicians performing a variety of exterior cleaning and property maintenance services, including: Pressure washing House soft washing Window cleaning Gutter cleaning Dryer vent cleaning Chimney sweeping Concrete cleaning, sealing, and staining Holiday light installation and removal Setting up and breaking down ladders, hoses, and equipment Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment No exterior cleaning experience is required. We will train the right person. As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to learn additional services, work more independently, and take on additional responsibility. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up on time Works hard and maintains a positive attitude Pays attention to details Takes pride in producing quality work Communicates professionally with customers Takes direction well and wants to learn Can work independently once trained Is comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work Is comfortable working at heights and using extension ladders Can safely lift and carry at least 50 lbs Is at least 18 years old Has a valid driver's license Has reliable transportation to work Can meet our driving and background requirements

Important:

Working at Heights This position regularly involves working from ladders and at heights, including the use of extension ladders for window cleaning, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, and other services. If you are afraid of heights or uncomfortable working from extension ladders, this position will not be a good fit. Schedule & Busy Season Expect approximately 30-40 hours per week to start . Our busiest part of the season typically runs from mid-October through the week after Thanksgiving , driven by exterior cleaning and especially holiday light installation. Additional hours may be available during this period. Because this is outdoor service work, schedules and weekly hours can occasionally be affected by weather and customer demand. Hiring Process The first step in our hiring process will be an in-person group hiring session on Saturday, September 12 at 9:30 AM in Murfreesboro. We'll introduce 5 Brothers Exterior Cleaning, explain the position, pay, schedule, expectations, and what a typical day looks like. You'll also have an opportunity to ask questions and determine whether the position is a good fit for you. Candidates who appear to be a strong fit will then be invited to a short individual interview and may be invited to a paid working interview/ride-along with our team. We're not expecting you to already know how to pressure wash a house, clean a window, or install Christmas lights. We can teach those things.
