As a key member of our hospitality network, you will ensure each property is meticulously prepared, fresh, and inviting for every guest arrival. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will directly contribute to our guests' satisfaction and the success of our rental properties. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable Conduct floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, dusting, surface wiping, and floor care using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents Handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleans or maintenance Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, appliances, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment for guests Communicate professionally with clients regarding cleaning schedules, special requests, or property issues to ensure seamless service delivery Reporting damaged or missing items Taking time stamped photos and posting them in our cleaning app Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and sanitation procedures required for maintaining high standards of cleanliness Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary for property upkeep or landscaping tasks Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled windows Physical ability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking during cleaning sessions Excellent client communication skills to understand specific needs and provide outstanding service Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and outdoor cleaning experience is a plus Prior experience in hospitality or residential housekeeping is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills make a tangible difference in guest satisfaction!
