We provide paid training and the support you need to learn the job and feel confident in your role. ✨ What You'll Do As a member of our cleaning team, you'll help keep the church looking its best by: Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms Emptying trash and replacing liners Cleaning classrooms, offices, hallways, entrances, and gathering areas Keeping high-touch and commonly used areas clean and sanitary Responding to spills and unexpected cleaning needs Following proper cleaning, safety, and security procedures Completing your assigned cleaning responsibilities efficiently and thoroughly Working respectfully and professionally around staff, visitors, and other team members Taking pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment What We're Looking For You don't have to be a professional cleaner to be successful here. We're looking for someone who is: 18 years of age or older Dependable and trustworthy Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Comfortable working independently Reliable with attendance and transportation Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift during the shift Willing to learn and follow established cleaning procedures Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required!
