Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Lead to oversee daily cleaning operations across various facilities. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster a positive team environment, and uphold our commitment to exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage cleaning projects in diverse settings, including commercial, industrial, and hospitality environments. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities performed by team members to ensure timely and thorough completion of tasks Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and sanitation standards Monitor adherence to safety regulations and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure cleanliness meets company and client expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management to address concerns and improve service quality Lead by example in demonstrating best practices for industrial cleaning, custodial tasks, laundry services, and overall sanitation management Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning environments Previous supervisory or team management experience in a cleaning or janitorial setting Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning operations and sanitation standards Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Effective managerial communication skills for training staff and liaising with clients Familiarity with management of cleaning & sanitation processes within hospitality or housekeeping contexts Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Join us as a Cleaning Team Lead and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments!
Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
