SKY Property Management is looking for a new dependable and detail-oriented team member to help us clean and maintain our commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning of office spaces and common areas Clean and/or touch-up vacated apartments and single family homes Clean out empty storage facility units Maintain breezeways, entryways, and other common areas Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely and efficiently Maintain professionalism when interacting with residents and staff

Qualifications:

Proven working experience as a cleaner or janitorial technician Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes Ability to accept, update, and close out work orders via a mobile app Ability to work independently or as part of a two-person team Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Ability to lift and carry up to 25-30 pounds and perform physical labor Willingness to travel between various job sites throughout
