Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various flooring surfaces to preserve their appearance and longevity. Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively for carpet cleaning, outdoor work, and general cleaning tasks. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide outstanding customer service. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly preferred; familiarity with janitorial or custodial roles is advantageous. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and proper handling of cleaning equipment is essential. Experience with residential housekeeping enhances your suitability for this role. Strong understanding of cleaning detergents, sanitation practices, and manual handling safety procedures is required. Excellent client communication skills coupled with time management abilities are key to success in this position.
