Work alongside the Crew Chiefs to provide high-quality carpet, rug and upholstery, and tile cleaning on homes and businesses. Learn cutting-edge clean carpet cleaning methods, including state-of-the-art equipment and chemical use. Interact with customers and co-workers by being polite, helpful, friendly, and professional. Be on-call for emergency water extraction and clean up after flooding and fi re. Cross-train in other functional areas to cover assisting with larger jobs when necessary. Make confident and accurate decisions regarding the use of equipment, tools, material, and manpower. Take personal pride in a job well done, ensuring customers are happy with your work. QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma (or G.E.D) 2+ years of manual labor experience preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license Pass a criminal background check. Pass drug screening Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to communicate tactfully and courteously with customers and employees.
