Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, to ensure a pristine appearance. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas by sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and trash disposal. Use appropriate cleaning agents and environmentally friendly products to uphold safety standards and sustainability goals. Operate janitorial equipment such as vacuums, with precision and care. Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and ongoing facility integrity. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or institutional settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and environmental services is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts while maintaining high quality standards.
