Duties Perform residential window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, ensuring streak-free results on interior and exterior surfaces Utilize pressure washers and specialized cleaning equipment to effectively clean storefront windows, skylights, and high-rise building windows when needed Conduct rope access window cleaning for hard-to-reach areas, including high-rise and multi-story buildings, adhering to strict safety protocols Operate ladders, scissor lifts, and other access equipment safely to reach elevated windows and skylights Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to maintain safety during outdoor work and high-risk tasks Clean and maintain all tools and equipment, including pressure washers, squeegees, brushes, and safety gear Provide friendly, professional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the work being performed and addressing any questions or concerns Skills Proven experience in residential window cleaning or janitorial/custodial roles with a focus on outdoor work environments Skilled in storefront window cleaning, skylight cleaning, and high-rise building window maintenance using rope access or scaffolding techniques Proficient in operating pressure washers for window cleaning tasks while following safety guidelines Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scissor lifts, or rope access methods with strict adherence to safety protocols Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation and maintenance to ensure optimal performance Strong understanding of safety procedures related to PPE use, ladder safety, and outdoor work hazards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with clients This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in active outdoor settings and are eager to develop their expertise in residential window cleaning.
