Floater Position Summary SiteForce is looking for a dependable and flexible Morning Floater to support our janitorial operations across multiple client locations. The Morning Floater will provide coverage for open shifts, employee call-outs, vacations, special projects, and other staffing needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work environments, is dependable, and can adjust quickly to changing schedules and locations. Essential Responsibilities Provide cleaning coverage at different client locations as needed. Fill in for cleaners who are absent or unavailable. Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties, including: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Emptying trash and replacing liners Dusting and wiping surfaces Cleaning break rooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces Restocking paper products, soap, and other supplies Complete assigned shift tasks according to SiteForce and client expectations. Follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and site-specific requirements. Communicate professionally with supervisors, managers, and client contacts. Report supply shortages, maintenance concerns, or other issues to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain a professional appearance and represent SiteForce positively at all client locations. Be willing to travel between assigned locations during the workday. Assist with special cleaning projects or additional coverage when needed. Qualifications Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between locations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attendance and punctuality. Ability to adapt to different locations, schedules, and cleaning requirements. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment as required. Must be comfortable working in different commercial environments.
