Emmanuel Environmental Services, LLC (EES) is seeking a dedicated EVS Turnover and Terminal Cleaning Technician to support healthcare environmental services at our ambulatory surgery center and medical office client sites in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In this role, you will perform between-case OR turnover cleaning and end-of- day terminal cleaning to the highest healthcare compliance standards, helping prevent Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) and maintaining Joint Commission (TJC) survey readiness.Key Responsibilities:
Clean operating rooms quickly and correctly between surgical cases (turnover protocol) Perform comprehensive terminal cleaning of all rooms at end of day Disinfect surgical tables, anesthesia machine exteriors, mayo stands, IV poles, and high-touch surfaces using EPA-registered products with documented dwell times Mop floors using two-step detergent + disinfectant protocol Remove and manage biohazard waste, sharps containers, and soiled linens perOSHA 1910.1030
Follow AORN, TJC, ISSA, and CDC infection control protocols Wear and properly don/doff required PPE at all times Document all cleaning activities on OR room logs and service logs Work as part of an EVS team under direct supervisor oversightCareer Insights for Environmental Services Worker
