Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of a secure federal facility located on base. Because this role is located within a restricted federal zone, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to pass a strict federal background clearance are absolute requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform general custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Sanitize and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Perform low/high dusting, glass cleaning, and spot cleaning of walls and doors. Maintain custodial supplies and request restocks as needed. Citizenship:

Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for base access and clearance).

Background Check:

Must be able to pass a thorough Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / Federal Background Investigation (BI) with no felony convictions .

Identification:

Must possess a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card/Passport for security processing.

Reliability:

Strong work ethic, punctual, and capable of working independently in a high-security environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 35-50 lbs throughout shift duration. Ability to operate standard commercial cleaning equipment (mops, industrial vacuums, buffer, etc.).
