As an Evening Porter you will play a key role in maintaining a clean working and hygienic environment for our office in Crystal City, TX. PFS Group is committed to maintaining a spotless, safe and welcoming workspace for our associates. We are looking for someone who takes pride in the duties they perform. Responsibilities Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness of the facility and apartment Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies Dust, wipe and sanitize all surfaces Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Assist with set up and clean up for various office functions (as needed) Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment and restocking Maintain exterior entry ways of the building Follow established safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Requirements Neat presentation skills with clear verbal communication, proper grammar and articulation Ability to take direction well, but also to work on your own Multi-tasker who is thorough and pays attention to detail Knowledge of various cleaning methods (sweeping, dusting, mopping and sanitizing) Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting and standing for extended periods Experience to organize time and workload effectively to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Integrity, self-motivation, and a positive attitude to perform duties conscientiously and with pride Experience At least one-year professional cleaning experience (commercial or residential) Demonstrated stable work history Preferences Minimal computer experience - can log on - clock in/out, create and read emails Ability to speak English fluently This is a part time position working evening shifts, 20 hours per week, M-F. $12.50/hr - no benefits.
