Part-Time Commercial Cleaner Bison Janitorial Services —

$16-$20 per hour, based on experience

Primarily evenings and/or weekends; some daytime work may be available Bison Janitorial Services is a growing commercial cleaning company serving businesses and commercial properties throughout the Houston area. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner who takes pride in doing the job correctly and wants the opportunity to grow with the company. Responsibilities Clean commercial offices, multifamily common areas and other commercial properties Vacuum, sweep and mop floors Clean and sanitize restrooms Empty trash and replace liners Dust and wipe surfaces Clean glass, mirrors and high-touch areas Follow property-specific cleaning checklists Properly use and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Identify and report maintenance, supply or cleaning issues Complete assigned work thoroughly and on schedule What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to work independently without constant supervision Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred Reliable transportation required Able to travel to client locations in the Houston area Comfortable working evening and/or weekend shifts Able to perform the physical requirements of commercial cleaning, including standing, bending, lifting and repetitive movement Professional and respectful when working at client properties Able to communicate clearly with management Compensation & Growth Starting pay is $16-$20/hour depending on experience . This position will begin with a minimum of 10 hours per week , with additional hours available as Bison adds commercial accounts. We're building a team rather than simply filling individual cleaning shifts.
