Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning across various residential settings. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure safe, hygienic environments for clients. Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Use cleaning detergents and equipment effectively to maintain floors, carpets, bathrooms, and kitchens. Manage manual handling tasks, including moving furniture or appliances when necessary. Maintain proper documentation of cleaning routines and supplies used. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and maintain proper sanitation standards. Assist with housekeeping tasks such as organizing storage areas or managing cleaning schedules when required. Requirements Must have your own reliable vehicle that is not shared with another cleaner or employee. Must provide and maintain your own cleaning supplies and basic cleaning equipment necessary to complete residential cleaning jobs. Reliable transportation to and from client properties is required. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Must be comfortable traveling to different residential locations. Must be able to safely perform physical cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, standing, and moving items when necessary. Professional appearance and communication with clients are required. Must be able to follow cleaning instructions and maintain our company's quality standards. Experience Prior residential cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and residential housekeeping is advantageous. Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation and maintenance is beneficial. Strong time management skills are important to efficiently complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes.
