Overview:

Clean and maintain the spice plant warehouse and surrounding work areas Perform general warehouse cleanup and housekeeping duties Sweep, mop, dust, and remove debris from floors and work areas Clean equipment, work surfaces, and common areas as needed Remove trash and dispose of waste properly Keep aisles, walkways, and work areas clean and free of hazards Assist with maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment Follow all plant safety rules and cleaning procedures Use basic cleaning tools and equipment safely Work around spice dust and other warehouse materials Perform additional general labor and cleanup duties as assigned Maintain a consistent pace while working as part of a cleaning crew Report spills, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to a supervisor Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift

Skills and Experience:

Previous cleaning, janitorial, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred No previous spice plant experience required Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning and general labor duties Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift as needed Comfortable working around dust, spices, and warehouse materials Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be willing to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
