We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable team member to join our Anytime Fitness family! This is a hands-on, part-time position with a strong focus on keeping the gym clean, organized, and welcoming for our members. You'll also spend time in the office helping to sell memberships, schedule fitness consultations, give tours, and creating positive interactions with both members and prospects. This role is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, is comfortable with sales, takes pride in their work, and pays close attention to detail. You'll need to be energetic, confident, and willing to step up and have conversations—not someone who prefers to stay behind the desk. This person will need to stay proactive, energized, and attentive throughout their shifts. There will be a LOT of cleaning involved. Our franchise holds itself to a very high standard with cleaning. Be prepared to clean 2-3 hours per shift, including deep cleaning. The gym does not run itself. You need to be present, available for members and have a good understanding of how to handle multiple tasks and situations, especially in times of busyness or limited staff. Heavily customer-facing, so confidence, approachability, and the ability to build relationships quickly are just as important as technical or operational skills. We need to provide a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining a positive attitude/generally friendliness goes a long way in this position! We do run a skeleton crew, so being very dependable and reliable is very important. If you call in, we have to find a way to ensure the gym is covered. Time off is expected, but we do require a two week notice to accommodate for staffing needs.

Pay:

$11.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
