Fifth Ave Cleaners - Front Desk Clerk 5th Avenue Cleaners Flower Mound, TX Job Details Part-time $12 - $15 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Customer relationship building Direct client contact English Attention to detail Full Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work the afternoon shift on the front counter in our retail location.
Duties & Functions:
Interact with customers in a friendly, customer service-orientated manner Process incoming laundry & dry cleaning orders Retrieve outgoing orders and cash out customers Troubleshoot, and resolve problems as necessary
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills Pay attention to detail and follow a defined system Able to solve problems Fluency in English is required
