No previous window cleaning or pressure washing experience is required. We will train you on our equipment and how we complete each job. This is an outdoor, hands-on job. Technicians will help with window cleaning, pressure washing, exterior cleaning, equipment setup, and general job-site maintenance. We are looking for people who show up on time, work hard, follow instructions, and work well with a crew. Responsibilities Clean residential and commercial windows Operate water-fed poles and other window cleaning equipment Help operate pressure washing equipment Set up and break down hoses, poles, pressure washers, and cleaning equipment Load and unload equipment from trucks and trailers Move hoses and equipment around job sites Help move patio furniture or other items when needed Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Follow instructions from crew leaders Work safely around customers, buildings, vehicles, and equipment Check completed work and help make sure the job is done correctly Maintain a professional attitude around customers and coworkers Skills & Requirements Must be at least 17 years old No previous experience required Must be dependable and show up on time Physically able to operate water-fed poles for extended periods Able to lift and carry up to approximately 50 lbs when needed Able to pull, carry, and move hoses and cleaning equipment Able to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for several hours Comfortable working outside in Texas weather Comfortable getting wet or dirty while working Able to follow instructions and safety procedures Able to work well with a team Must communicate respectfully with customers and coworkers Reliable transportation to the required meeting or job location Preferred but Not Required Window cleaning experience Pressure washing experience Landscaping, construction, moving, or other physical labor experience

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
