$15.00 per Hour Cleaning Technician

• Flexible / On-Call Opportunity Eco-Cleanology is building additional field coverage in Brazoria and Galveston Counties and is looking for dependable Cleaning Technicians interested in flexible assignments with the potential for more regular hours.

Our work can include residential homes, apartment communities, deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, offices, and other commercial properties. Because assignments may vary by location and week, this opportunity is particularly well suited for someone who has dependable transportation, enjoys variety in their workday, and is comfortable traveling to different client locations within their service area. Your Responsibilities Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include: Cleaning homes, apartments, offices, and commercial spaces Completing routine maintenance cleans and detailed cleaning assignments Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Vacuuming carpets and rugs Sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms Cleaning kitchen surfaces and accessible appliance exteriors Disinfecting high-touch areas Emptying trash and replacing liners Following Eco-Cleanology cleaning procedures and job-specific checklists Maintaining professional conduct while working at client properties Scheduling This position is designed to provide flexible field coverage as our business grows throughout Brazoria and Galveston Counties. Initial hours may vary from week to week Daytime Monday-Friday availability is especially valuable Some afternoon or evening commercial opportunities may arise Technicians may be offered residential, property-management, or commercial assignments Recurring assignments may become available over time Dependable technicians may have the opportunity to take on additional weekly hours Candidates do not need to be available every day, but clear communication about your availability is important. Qualifications We are looking for people who are: Reliable and responsive Punctual Detail-oriented Comfortable working in different types of properties Professional around clients, residents, and property staff Able to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures Comfortable working independently when required Able to perform physical cleaning tasks throughout a shift Able to travel reliably between assigned locations Reliable transportation is required for this position. Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset, but it is not required. We will provide paid training to candidates who show reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
