A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Morning Cleaner( FriendsWood) Purified Cleaning Solutions LLC Friendswood, TX Job Details Part-time | Contract $500 a month 20 hours ago Qualifications English Custodial experience Cleaning Commercial cleaning Time management Full Job Description Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, start time is 8:45am till finish. Work usually takes about 1.5 hours. Pay is $250 on the 15th and 30th of each month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces including blinds
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
Skills:
- Experience in custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
