Essential Job functions:

Interact with customers, assessing their service needs and quoting work as requested Delegate workloads and actively support growth. Oversee the scheduling and work flow through the shop. Ensure employees are qualified to perform the work being assigned Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge within your staff. Advise and assist in the hiring process for department staff. Know and enforce company policies and procedures. Other duties as required.

Skill Requirements:

Knowledge of Tank Cleaning Operations. Customer Service Experience. Ability and experience to drive a Yard Mule. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Computer literate. Ability to Multi-Task. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Be ethical in all job-related activities. Maintain strong attention to detail when overseeing documentation. Must have a safety mindset.
