$31,200 annually. ABM is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning and sanitation duties across assigned facilities. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing) Clean and sanitize restrooms; replenish supplies Empty trash and recycling bins in accordance with company policies Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces Maintain, store, and organize cleaning equipment and supplies Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects Follow all safety procedures and sanitation protocols

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Prior janitorial/custodial/general cleaning experience a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety best practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
