Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained Handle waste disposal by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly to uphold cleanliness standards Maintain cleaning equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and reporting any repairs needed Assist with light custodial tasks such as window washing, dusting, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces Support facilities maintenance activities when necessary, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate team Follow safety procedures diligently during all cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and the proper use of cleaning equipment such as buffers and extractors Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus Familiarity with safety protocols related to chemical handling and equipment operation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines are completed efficiently Join us in creating clean, safe environments that foster productivity and comfort!
