Standard residential cleaning Deep cleaning Move-in / move-out cleaning Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning Apartment turnover cleaning Commercial cleaning Post-construction cleaning We are looking for dependable and experienced cleaners who take pride in their work. As a cleaner with Peak Force Cleaning LLC, you will be assigned cleaning jobs based on availability and location. This is a flexible contract/1099 position , meaning jobs may be assigned as they become available. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial cleaning services Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces Complete deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans when assigned Follow job instructions and client-specific requests Arrive on time and complete jobs within the scheduled timeframe Take before and after photos when required Communicate professionally with the Peak Force Cleaning team Requirements Previous professional cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Valid driver's license or dependable transportation to assigned jobs Ability to pass a background check if required Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently Smartphone for communication, job details, and photos Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Bonus if you have: Your own cleaning supplies and equipment Experience with Airbnb turnovers Experience with apartment turnovers Experience with move-out or deep cleaning Availability during weekdays and weekends Pay Pay is based on the size and type of cleaning job. Cleaners will know the payout before accepting a job.
